Service Description

This course will give you all of the tools to have a lovely, relaxing, stress free pregnancy and birth. Group classes are kept small a maximum of five couples, you will meet like minded people and have the opportunity to make new friends. This course takes place over four weeks and each session is two and half hours duration. You will receive a work book, relaxation MP3’s, access to a closed Facebook group and a welcome gift. The course is held in a beautiful Georgian House in St Neots. Refreshments are provided free of charge and there is free parking for clients.
